Well-established IoT products manufacturing and R&D company

• Work with business and marketing to support Product Definition, generate Product Specification and manage Product Life-cycle
• Represent business in Product Acceptance
• Lead tasks of engineers for Product Verification
• Work with development engineering members in defining Product Quality Criteria
• Perform root cause analysis and provide corrective actions
• Manage and monitor to ensure completion of assigned Products with allotted budget and timelines

• Master Degree in Electronics Engineering preferably with 10+ years' related experience
• Proven leadership in product development, design innovation, and execution per project plan
• Hands-on experience in system design
• Experienced in HVAC systems a plus
• Familiar with wireless connectivity technologies, e.g., Zigbee, ZWave, BLE, WiFi, GPS, LTE, 3G, etc., and country regulatory requirements
• Excellent knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design
• Strong process mindset including DFMEA, risk analysis, mitigation planning and lesson learnt.
• Can do attitude and strong analytical mindset
• Proficiency in written and spoken English highly essential
