Question 1
Why did I choose my major, what team would I like to join, etc.
The interview process felt unnecessarily draining and misaligned with how the program is marketed. The case study requires a significant amount of work, and for experienced professionals, I do not think it is worth applying. I also spoke confidentially with current and former employees who described serious burnout and culture concerns, which made me feel like I dodged a bullet.
The irony is that the program is positioned as a pathway for people trying to break into consulting without an MBA, yet the interview process involved senior employees with MBA backgrounds. It also felt like they were looking for one specific answer rather than genuinely evaluating the work, experience, or thought process behind the case.
