I would encourage WWF to institute a site-wide style guide and a content review process and require those posting to the site to follow new guidelines henceforth. I would also institute a site-wide content review and revision timeline to remove or update outdated content. Less

The question was impossible to answer properly as a) the interviewers wouldn't comment on available resources, b) had told me to prepare a strategy overview, rather than a detailed plan and c) seemed to expect a blow by blow account of a web editor's job--much of which had already been discussed and/or should have been implied.
