They requested me to send in a CV and a motivation letter, and after that I got a "call" with my direct boss, and after that we set up a follow up interview with the division manager. Following that, I was made an offer. I had to prepare for the second interview a few answers to questions related to content presentation on their website.

There were no specific questions asked, very basic ones about my interest in the position, time availability, my familiarity with the subject etc. I had to prepare for the follow up second interview by going over the website and some study cases and prepare some answers to questions related to the content presentation.
