I answered honestly. I explained how my CDL was suspended in Pennsylvania for a failure to pay a fine on time and I was asked to still transport a load ( knowing I would be driving under suspension ). I explained that I declined to move the load because I did not want a driving under suspension on my license and the final outcome was the clean MVR that he is currently looking at. Less
