You get asked a set of questions roughly around 5-6 questions including why you would like to work for them and how you would deliver great customer service at their store. They normally get back to you after 1 week

when have you had to face a difficult customer and how did you deal with that situation?
Everyone there was very welcoming and relaxed, easy to talk to. Overall very friendly atmosphere. Asked around six questions, had the manager and assistant manager present for the interview too.

Really enjoyable interview process. The management team was great and explained the role, duties, expectations, and salary in detail. Was very impressed by their professionalism and care towards their employees
Usual interview questions then selling a set and identifying needs of mock client to try sell a set. Had online screening questions initially that were fairly easy. Received callback for interview on same day that wanted to conduct interview
