Yea I asked for a certain amount and they gave more. I believe they pay based on the type market you live in. They pay higher than any company I've work for. Less

What a hiring manager wants to learn from a candidate's response to this question is whether or not the candidate can manage his/her team for performance. The 29 JUL 2010 answer shows that the candidate knows a legally "safe" management process, but doesn't address the real question: "Can you manage the team you'll be given, or are we going to have to move people around beacuse you can't handle performance issues with teams-in-place?" I just recently interviewed for a Level II Team Lead and curious if you had any supervisor experience prior to applying for this position. I spent the whole morning and interviewed 5 different times with 9 different levels of management personnel. I did not have an official background in management, but I have plenty of claims and training experience, over 12 years worth. Thanks. Less
