It sounds like you are overqualified for this position? Also ridiculous scenario's for example 400 printers are delivered and they were ordered by another dept. You have 10 days to install them. How would you handle this?

Kind of a wise guy answer -could have sounded more diplomatic

I was actually told by the 3 interviewers that my response was a great answer and I then moved onto the 3rd interview. Plus during my research on typical questions and responses to interview questions this was a suggested response to that question. It states the obvious and exudes confidence. Less

A less qualified candidate will need more training than the supposed over qualified candidate. And you will get a faster return on your investment with the more qualified candidate. Less

The interviewees asked questions about the creation of a World-Class Support Center. Asked questions around metrics, asked questions on how to motivate employees, and asked questions around employee conflict resolution. Nothing atypical.
