Prepared in advance, Do you research. Hours of interviews with a lot of people before final decision is made. All along the process everyone are polite but it Feels very one sided and heavy handed/Big Brother-ish: ie they dont really care about you, if you would like to know more about the job or about the people you would be working with because they are Amazon and there are a zillion other people who'd kill to work here and have the job you are interviewing for.... Here is a magic box that does algorithmic signal matching [hinting at the Adchemy "secret sauce" intent matching algo]. What would be the ranking logic for two ads that have the exact same bidding and reputation (relevance)?

A brand is a reflection of your company's identity, and should be the first people think of when they think of your type of business. That being said, one should pick colors that reflect the organizations character. I see Pathways as a vibrant, caring organization that has solid roots in local communities. It is an expert in the field of home health, hospice, and private duty. Your colors should be strong, vibrant, and hopeful. I'd pick a rich blue and a striking green.
