I provided a non-technical book on how refineries function and Cameron Hydraulic Handbook and quized him regularly for several months. In addition, I encouraged other, older subordinates to quiz him and tutor him on various aspects of our project work. In part, this was to introduce him to the team, in part, it was to give them confidence that he could do the job. I used to gather the technical data, quality data, outputs. I used to ran the data in the minitab software so as to get the mean ,median ,mode and the standard deviations. Then used to find out the process capability. Tried to figure out the variations in the process and used o find out the factors affecting on it by the histogram,DOE. Less
