What made you want to work in medical billing?

I was first introduced to medical billing when my daughter because diagnosed with leukemia. The bills just kept rolling in and I didn't understand any of it. I looked to the internet and books and began to put the puzzle pieces together. Eventually, I became pretty fluent in the medical billing that I was even telling my daughters physician about some billing he had done. He told me that I apparently had found my calling and should try and further my future with getting into a career in that particular part of the medical field. Less
