Interview
The interview process was really long and complicated. Seems like the person who is responsible for hiring does not have the power to actually hire people. The process took place over a period of about 2,5 months from October 2022 until January 2023. It was about 5-6 interviews (first phone call, then more knowledge-wise, then invited to the company event to meet my future "co-workers" and when it came to discussing the contract, the CEO showed up in a zoom call without even introducing himself, being very unfriendly and giving me another task over Christmas just to reject me 2 weeks later in January). The process was not transparent because the person responsible for hiring kept making some claims about me starting to work there, speaking about the HR and the Contract from them and meanwhile CEO showing up last minute and doubting my skills - seems like an internal problem of organization. The hiring person and the CEO even disagreed on the adequacy of my skills for the position.

Question 1
First some basic questions about previous experience and then more detailed questions about the role. The tasks were:
Implement a complete e-commerce tracking for Google Analytics 4 via Google
Tag Manager (we invited you to a GTM container). As a Cookie Management Platform
"UserCentrics" will be used - pretend that it's already implemented on the website. Whenever you need to insert specific IDs you can insert a placeholder. You can expect the
data pushed into the dataLayer exactly as Google recommends.

Nice smiley, million minutes talk HR okay. Technical interview offline task takes 8 hrs to deliver it. After the offline interview, they made empty promises and don't even reply even if I did ask about the decision.

Fue un proceso de dos entrevistas. Una presencial con un panel de otros empleados de la empresa en el que me explicaron el funcionamiento de la misma y en la que tuve que explicar mis skills y mis procesos de trabajo. La otra en remoto para presentar un trial task.
