The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn and asked if I’m interested in having a call in a half an hour. During the interview I was asking some were easy but reasonable questions like does company provides necessary equipment, how is onboarding looks like and so on. Turns out that neither the recruiter or manager cannot answer my questions. From their side they didn’t look specifically interested. Dude was just talking the same marketing text they have on their web, and girl was sitting with face expression that I read as “please end this and leave me alone”. And my favourite moment of the whole interview was when recruiter said to me “So, tell us what do you thought at the moment you find this job offer, why you wanted to apply? Did you feel joy when I’ve texted you that we are interested in you?”. I swear, that was impossible to handle so I said “man you literally texted me on LinkedIn half an hour ago asking if I want to have a call. I have a day foo so here we are”. So I’m not surprised that they never texted back
