Sometimes i focus too much on one thing and don't look at the overall picture. For instance I sometimes get caught up in homework that doesnt require as much effort as another assignment. Less

I always say that my greatest strength can also be my greatest weakness. I see them as two sides of a similar coin. I tend to hold others to the expectations and standards to which I hold myself accountable, but I am more likely to give others the benefit of the doubt than I give myself. Less

While you were waiting did your application status change at all from CONSIDERING to FILLED before they offered you the position? My status says FILLED so I assumed they hired someone else. I contacted Coca-Cola in-house recruiter to thank them for their assistance throughout the process and the recruiter seemed surprised it is listed as FILLED and told me the position has not been filled; it is between me and one other candidate. I am curious if she is just telling me that to string me along in case other candidate doesn't work out or if she is being honest? Thanks for your help if you are able to reply. Less
