how long after your interview did you get a change in status? i did mine on saturday and still nothing. do they let you know if you arent chosen ? Less

I feel like getting an interview is also dependent on luck. Its seems like you have a good background for a new grad position. Also did you make sure you didn't get your bachelors prior to 2019 since you did a 2 years masters? I believe that was one of the requirements for Bell GLP. Less

@Anonymous Wow August 26th and they are replying right now!!! I thought I had to wait awhile for a reply. Here's been my journey with the process 1) I applied for the Finance rotational program and Network GLP on September 8th and 9th. 2) Did a video questionnaire on September 10th 3) Applied for top 3 position in Network GLP on September 13th. 4) Got a call 2nd week October for a group interview the next week. 5) Attended the group interview in mid October for the Network GLP position. After the group interview I haven't really gotten any updates. On the career portal my applications were last seen on October 10th. I also reached out to some of the people I had my group interview with and they haven't heard back either. Less

What is the average salary for the program?

Just as a heads up for everyone, just because you are eligible for the program doesn't guarantee you a job. They only take on 400 A2L's per year, half in February and the other half in July. There are a lot more people accepted into the program, and then they decide from there who gets the jobs based on job and location preferences. I know some people who waited 3+ months after to hear back after receiving the "eligible email". Source: Current A2L Less

How many snow shovels sold in the US last year?

18 Answers

There are roughly 400 million people in the US About 100 million people live in areas where having a snow shovel would make sense (NY and Pennsylvania are large) A snow shovel likely only needs to be replaced every 10 years 100/10 = 10 million The average home size is ~2.5 10/2.5 = 4 million homes each home likely has about 1.5 shovels on average 4*1.5 = 6 My educated guess would be 6 million (although my intuition is this is a little high) Less

How are M&M's made?

11 Answers

When a Mommy M and a Daddy M love each other very, very much.... Seriously, they make the chocolate first, cool it, separate them into their smaller spheres, then put into Panners where the sugar layers are added, dyed the different colors, then waxed (no kidding, very thin layer though). Then they go down a conveyor belt to get the M stamped on them. Less

I said that the chocolate was solid and then dipped into the candy shell

They use hybrid dung beetles to roll the balls in candy coating! Going Green at M&M's Less
