Heavy concentration on SOX compliance questions. Questions regarding operational audit. Most of the questions were behavioral and based on experience.
Experience with SOX and IPE, experience with documenting processes and testing controls.
Interview questions were very specific to culture and people management. The STAR format was not specifically used, it was more conversational, but having a couple STAR based questions ready to go would be helpful.
