Brilliant interview that felt like a great introduction to the company. The area manager was really warm and make me feel at ease whilst still trying to get to know me and my experience

I had 3 interviews in total for this position before being ignored, then ultimately exited from the hiring system 9 weeks after my initial screening interview. This process was far too long and came across incredibly unprofessional. My 3rd interview was in person, this could have been completed virtually as it contained very similar interview questions to the prior two. After not hearing from the hiring manager for a week, I reached out to ask for the status of my application, positive or negative and was bounced around to the recruitment team. One recruiter failed to contact me on 2 separate occasions then ignored me before clearing me out of the system. I felt very good about the interviews and IQ as a company however this experience has turned it on its head.
