I was ghosted intitially but they got back to me a few weeks later for a phone screening (it was pretty casual) and after that, an in-person interview with a panel of a few folks. It went extremely well and I thought I might get an offer (big smiles and “we’re looking to hire urgently”), but they ended up completely ghosting me in the end, — which happens -- but it's still pretty unprofessional nonetheless.
The office also kind of felt like a soul-sucking place. Granted, folks are slow to come back to the office post-COVID, but it just felt BLEAK in there.
Overall, really nice people, but they were a tad disorganized/unprofessional and the work seems incredibly boring.
