It is an administrative position, that requires dilligence, attention to detail, proactivity, multitasking and teamwork, but does not involve being a recruiter. Rather, the position provides administrative support to the recruiter ( the client). It involves a lot of scheduling, filing, writing e-mails, following up with candidates, tracking candidate application in the online system, producing reports and such. It is a partnership relationship, where the ADP contractor works as a staff assitant to make the client recruiter successful ( basiacally doing all the jobs the client recruiter doesnt want to do). It is a stepping stone role, involving a lot of long hours and a lot of hard work, a chance to prove yourself and a pathway to a career in HR recruting. The coordinator is a contractor who works to *please the client.* Less
