I applied in-person. I interviewed at eLogic Group
Interview
As a new employee at eLogic, my review is based upon the interviewing and new employee onboarding processes, as well as first impressions of the company.
Interviewing was thorough and well thought out. I appreciated the timely communication and was consistently made aware of next steps. The leadership team articulated a crisp vision of company direction and was enthusiastic to learn my perspectives regarding my specific skillset.
Early on, the high value eLogic places on their employees was clear. Coming from a background with 2 larger F500 companies, the sincere interest in fit and joint success was a substantial differentiator when electing to join the eLogic team.
With respect to onboarding, the HR team has been terrific to work with, well prepared, and organized.
Overall, my initial impression is that eLogic is a company of talented employees orienting itself for continued and prosperous growth. I feel leadership places emphasis on positioning employees to make an immediate impact with an opportunity to work with a diverse client base.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Be prepared to demonstrate in detail how past experiences generated value for your client.
Spent time with Human Resources for overview of experience, then about an hour of technical and personality interview with finally a group interview including CEO. Overall fairly easy, if you actually have applicable experience.
