I've never been asked but this sure would send up a red flag. I think I'd turn it back on the interviewer and ask them tell me more about the question, e.g., Can you tell me more about the question, e.g., will I work with people in the office who are considered difficult? Maybe you could tell me what you consider to be difficult? I've worked with many different types of people, many different personalities. Less
