Multi step process but it moved quickly - prescreen with recruiter, 1st round of interviews (3 separate people), 2nd round with direct leader of position, 3rd round was a practical exercise with departmental leaders.
Overall process took 3 weeks.
Conversations with the folks in this specific department were wonderful - very relaxed and easy going style interviews.

Process took a few weeks with an initial phone call with the recruiter to discuss the position and details, 3 part next steps with various leaders within the department, final step included a practical exercise presented to the EDs of the departments.
