a four stage full day interview: code review, written problem solving test, HR "competencies" and group assessment I am obviously biased as they didn't offer me the job but when the feedback is that your code and problem solving tests were top notch but that they hired someone else because they had better HR questions and could make marshmallow towers better then you really have to wonder about the recruiters. I have an MSc in Advanced Computer Science from a UK top 3 university and a top job so totally their loss
