I applied online for Front-End Developer position and one week later got the response that I had passed the initial screening and scheduled a 1 hour HR interview. The interviewer introduced herself and asked basic questions like 1. Strength/weakness 2. Conflict resolution 3. Motivation 4. Communication Skills It went perfect and I was then scheduled for a technical interview with a senior developer after a week. He asked some questions about prior projects and experience.and then he invited me for a collaborative coding on jsfiddle. After clearing that interview I was invited to a panel technical interview with Software engineering head and two senior front-end Developers. There were 3 separate interviews with each one of them and they also invited me to collaborative coding on jsfiddle and google live docs. After that they informed me a week later that I lack coding practice and need to improve on certain thing and asked me to apply again later. The whole process went very smooth and despite of the rejection I like their attitude and the way they treat candidates is awesome. I am greatly impressed by their recruitment process.

The HR interview went very well. The interviewer was very kind, friendly, and professional, which made me feel comfortable during the conversation. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was well-structured. We discussed my background, experience, and expectations, and the overall atmosphere was positive and relaxed.
