Interview
A very long and arduous process; consisting of initial phone call, interview, 2 presentations and then a final interview. The final interview was conducted by individuals with little experience in the area and roles and had not been based in the same country.

Asked for research into the area that you are expected to cover and expected to put this into a document. The business had done no research into the area and were expecting to find out all of the information from the candidates.
