You get a call after a few days and with a conversation in english. Then you go in for a skill test and a face to face interview in english. If everything is good, after 3-4 days you get a financial offer and then the job.

It is a two part interview process. One initial typical interview and the second involves a presentation in front of leads and directors. Presenting is part of the job, so the second part ensures you're ready for that aspect.

The people were very nice, it was a two-interviews process - a ten minute phonecall and then an hour for the interview with the department manager. It took a while for them to review my application, but acter the callback it was a speedy process.
