Short and sweet. About 15 minutes long with a training manager from another store. Very friendly. She was asking me basic interview questions to see where my head was at. I had interviews three days apart waiting for two other managers to return to the home location

Can you describe a time where you went above and beyond?
They asked me a lot of questions about how to seat people , and different scenario based questions. How deal with difficult customer questions and questions about making reservations and what to say. It will help if you do some research on that.
In person, one on one with general manager. A single round after a resume drop. After the interview they followed up via email about the job and if they needed any more information

Interview
Two interviews from main managers where they asked basic questions about past job experience and why I had interest in this role. All the staff was very friendly and both of the managers were very communicable on what they were looking for.
