After an initial application online you are interviewed over the phone then directed to take online assessments on the subjects you wish to tutor. The interview was mellow and not meant to confuse you. It was not intimidating or scary in any way.

Discussed strategies, students, abilities, concepts, and challenges. Set up brand new zoom accounts on my devices in order to accommodate the software needs of this job position. So far, they have mentioned to me that they plan to offer me the position through email.

Interview
Pretty straightforward. When you sign up on the website, they ask you to fill out a tutor title and profile, which they'll review. They give you several attempts to rewrite it if they don't approve it the first time. You can also qualify for subjects by taking a quiz for those subjects.

There are some online assessments for various subjects, Calculus, algebra, Statistics, programming (Python, R, SAS, ect). You are asked to finish the assessment in a given time frame, 30 minutes
