Process took overall 2 weeks. Ultimately the hiring manager didn’t judge candidates based on experience but rather personal preference. I wouldn’t say wow Bao is a very progressive company. They asked during the interview process my availability and tried to guide the interview process to meet a less than favorable result for potential hire. Would not recommend anyone to waste their time. Very unprofessional.
