Wolt Core Platform Engineer, Observability interview questions

Candidature I applied on the Wolt website and was contacted by HR(Michal). Then, I moved to the next technical interview with the Hiring Manager(Berlin, observability) and EM(Helsinki, Infrastructure). The Hiring manager wasn't very professional and seemed to lack knowledge of the Platform and DevOps field. He focused on some areas of Observability. I moved to the next step and offered 1 week to instrument an API provided built with GO. The solution requires changes in code to instrument logs, metrics, and traces and deploy an Opentelemtry pipeline that processes these signals. the exercise was okay, but it wasn't well written and formatted. what was funny is I asked during the interview, and they don't have open telemetry implementation yet in Wolt. and yet they want you to build a solution that they may use. I received an email that they would not proceed because my solution lacked custom receiver and processor components... I Admitted it, but after a while they re-opened the position again it seems that the chosen profile declined the offer at the end. i Applied again, to other positions that match my Profile in Wolt but I have been declined and judged by my interview experience, and it seems they are looking for new Applicants. this is not professional and HR should give an opportunity again to applicants
