Interview
It was extremely long. My process took over 2 months and there was 6 rounds of total. After the phone screening I was prompted with a take home test. After the take home test, the recruiter I was in contact with suddenly switched? Introduced to the new HR coordinator and interviewed with the hiring manager. Proceeded to the next round and they prompted me with another take home test? To which I quickly found out they had already sent me the same take home test I had already done so I let them know I did this already to which I guess they realized they actually had my test on file? Then my coordinator switched again. Two panel interviews, then one final interview. It took 1-2 weeks to hear back per interview on next stages. It's a shame as I got to speak with some very wonderful people throughout my interview process but the process took so long (6 rounds for a short term contract is excessive) and the constant switching up by HR left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't even know who I was supposed to email or could email to follow up about when I'd hear back regarding next steps.
The interview process was good, I got through the second round of interviews. They do ask you to complete tasks, including creating a fake email and finding errors in code.
