Werner Electric Supply interview questions

Interview process involves both the a member of Human Resources and the hiring manager. The individual in HR does not seem to understand the industry. Organization seems very corporate based on the interview process.

Started out with a brief phone interview to get my information and intentions. It was a very straight forward interview with casual conversation and some scripted questions. There were no open ended questions to "describe a time when" so it was easier than most companies interviews.
