Welsh Enterprises interview questions

I was contacted at least 6 times though email after I applied to this position. We set up 4 phone interviews, each time at the interview time I was not contacted, when I called I was brushed aside and told or emailed to reschedule. The fourth time, a couple weeks ago, I received no response. This whole process has lasted over four months. I have learned to pay attention to how an employer treats you doing the interview process, because they will treat you no better after you are hired. My experience with this company's interview process and comments from past employees on this site leads me to believe working here could be neglectful and abusive experience.
