Interview
1) After application questions, waited for 7 months for the 1st stage interview which is on Zoom with 2 interviewers. 2) Got an invitation for the 2nd stage interview in person which is 2 weeks after 1st interview. In-person interview with 2 interviewers. 3) Expected to hear back 1-2 weeks. Sent an follow-up email after 2 weeks. No response. 4) No response/feedback/progress after 5 weeks. Great interviewers and lovely to speak to. Good culture & working environment. However, communication from HR is really inconsistent as speed varies from weeks to days.

It had three rounds technical which is tricky. Pls prepare well for that. On DSA and architect. Even in managerial round also it has technical. All are complex and Java oriented.

What are some key developments that you've seen and how does that affect the wider macro environment
3 rounds, it was mostly behavorial/fit and some technical but basic stuff like CAPM, debt analysis, DCF, basic accounting, etc. Mostly focus on really knowing the role. Behavioral was basic situational questions, really asessing for being self driven and leadership
