WellPoint Utilization Management Representative Lead interview questions

The first interview was a phone screen. It was very basic questions about qualifications. The second interview was with another lead and the department manager. Very formal questions asked - such as explain a time when you faced an obstacle and overcame it. The final interview was with the director. She was very pleasant.
