Interview
After I got the call from the Weber Shandwick , I came to interview with two leaders. During the process of interview, I gave the self-introduction and told the detail about my previous internship working experience. They may ask you some questions according to your experience to identify if you are the right person they are looking for. Fortunately, after the interview, two leaders gave me a basic introduction about what they need the intern to do and told me to think about which one do I prefer to do. I felt that I got this internship at that moment.

I submitted CV and resume, was contacted by HR through email after around a week, conducted a test, and was interviewed online with two managers for around 20 minutes on the same day

Interview
Before the interview, we had to submit an essay regarding a specified topic, along with a cover letter and resume. I was interviewed by two directors along with two other candidates, they mostly asked in Cantonese but they also asked us questions in English and Mandarin. They also required us to do a translation test.
