Interview
It took me only 2 interviews to get the job. The first one was a Zoom call, with a Mexican recruiter, I remember that was a Friday. The second interview was on Tuesday next week in a coffee shop in a 1:1 with the decision-maker. The next day I got the offer.

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
