I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (New York, NY) in Feb 2010
Interview
Interning there really helped - gained some ground with employee referral.
You do have to take a mediocre math aptitude test - percentages and simple formulaic expressions.
Interview was with 2 direct account supervisors - questions were geared towards background and skills that you could bring to the department. You may also meet with some of the Account Executives on the sale side. Those interviews are not really difficult, but, some curve balls can be thrown at you. For example, an AE may say 'you don't have the personality to do this sort of work.' That is a total test to see if you balk or just simply agree with them - stand your ground and be confident as to why you can benefit the organization - sales takes guts and confidence most times.
Customer Service is a key aspect, so, expect that "if you were faced with a difficult customer/client, how would go about solving issue x, y, or z,"question.
Otherwise, the interview process was not that difficult.

Interview
Online interview with five questions then an hour math test. Was told they’d get back in a months time but I heard back in under a week. Very good experience with the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (New York, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied online to the position in February. Shortly after I had a telephone screen, they basically told me that I had to wait until I graduated, which is fine. I then was asked to come for an in-person interview in June. The people were nice and the interview went for about 40 minutes--I thought I was a pretty strong candidate. They said I would hear back in 2 weeks. It has now been a month and I've reached out to several people--no answers from anyone. This process was long and frustrating.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
I met with a recruiter after applying online, and then he introduced me to a team that I had a second interview with. After reaching out after three weeks to both the team and the recruiter, the recruiter informed me they went with another candidate. However, he told me another team was hiring so I went for another interview with the second team. After reaching out multiple times, I have not heard anything from Turner, good or bad, after three months. The process was frustrating.
