Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Burnsville, MN) in Apr 2014
Interview
First interview with the night manager, basic review of application from online. Sign a few papers. After that you are asked a few questions off of the questionnaire such as "How did you organize how to do something to get good results". Next the night manager comes in and reviews your application and discusses the job and what happens next. they will than say they will contact your references, if they have not already done so. (for this night position had to go in late at night so have to go back for a 3rd interview to review salary and talk about drug testing and background check). over all wasn't to bad of an interview.
