I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walgreens (New Braunfels, TX) in Sept 2014
Interview
The interview was conducting in the manager's office and was free of distractions. It was appropriately 30 to 35 min long and was pleasant. The manager read from a script of questions but added store-specific examples to make the questions relevant, It was a nice process.

Question 1
If you find yourself upset due to unforeseen frustrations, and a customer approaches you looking for assistance locating a particular product within the store, how do you handle this situation?
They took me to the office to ask why I was interested in the job and my qualifications. It was very short and was only about 6 questions. I was in high school at the time so they did ask about my studies and work time balance.
The Walgreens interview process was really easy—quick questions, relaxed vibe, and they mostly focused on availability and customer service. It didn’t feel stressful at all. it was over the phone as well
All they did was ask for my availability and where I see myself in the next 5 years. I received an offer the very same day, and started working the very next week.
