WSP Project Manager - Rail interview questions

After applying online, I received a vetting phone call from HR before arranging an interview. The interview was postponed by a week due to an urgent meeting, and when I arrived the following week I was told that the hiring manager wasn't able to attend due to illness. The interview was held by two friendly team members, and the format was unstructured and fairly casual. The questions that were asked focused on a mixture of standard competency and personality based questions, but didn't provide the opportunity to discuss the detail of experience in project delivery. I was told that I would hear back within 2 weeks or less with a decision, however never heard anything, even after I emailed HR.
