I applied online. I interviewed at WRS Health in Sept 2025
Interview
This is a terrible interview process. Before you're able to speak to a real member of their team (a human being), they ask that you complete a 30-minute assessment. This assessment is filled with silly questions that don't have any direct correlation to the work you'd be doing at the company. This is a horrendous way to begin an interview process. WRS Health is most certainly losing out on top sales talent because of this.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The assessment felt like a law school exam. "If the community bans the death sentence, but Person A committed a murder, while Person B only committed a petty theft, what can you conclude about the community's legal system?" Like.... what? This is a silly assessment that has nothing to do with a sales position.

Interview
Interview in English with HR. He asked about my work in the field and my experience with data analysis. He asked me about my motivation to work at the company.
Be prepared to take a test S I was prompted to take a 30 minute cognitive test prior to speaking with anyone during the recruitment process, which I wouldn't recommended as a way to evaluate the candidate pool. The test in no way indicates if a person is qualified.

Question 1
Test consisted of picking patterns, math, and problem solving.
