Interview
There were several sounds of interviews, starting with project managers and going as high as an interview with a founder. There was also a design challenge to test technical ability and communication.

Question 1
I was asked to design and source parts to complete a relevent engineering challenge. I was asked to defend my choices for each part I had selected as part of my system.
If I recall correctly, there was at least three interview stages. At the first stage, I spoke with the hiring manager, and then, during the second stage, the technical team. The focus was exclusively on technical questions.
