First part of the process was a phone call with CTO about company, culture, fit, values, etc. Then had an on-site interview with 2 whiteboard questions (1 algorithm and 1 system design) with 2 engineers, then a pairing exercise to implement a set of requirements using web technologies. Then a meeting with same engineers and CTO about engineering at company, problems being solved, near-term efforts. Overall, was a positive experience.
