Vienna Insurance Group interview questions

It composed of two stages. First technical interview, second interview with HR and future manager. Different questions about .NET, but no live coding sessions. On second interview there was option to talk about salary expectations.

They seem really unorganised. Job requirements were not well defined. It seems like they have some idea, but without clear picture how to get there. They have only HR and technical interview and then you get job offer. Salary was below my expectations compared to the level of experience.
