      Enterprise Sales Interview

      10 Nov 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Videolicious in Sept 2016

      Interview

Arguably one of the worst most drawn out processes I've ever seen. Terrible communication. Terrible leadership. For a CEO with a pretty impressive background, it was apparent that he had no clue how to make a decision on anything. By the end of the process that lasted over 5 weeks I had zero intention of working for them. Hard to sell to fortune 500 with a company name that sounds like a porn company.
