I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Logan, UT) in Jan 2015
Interview
Applied online, then I had 2 phone interviews. The phone interviews consisted of some role play that I didn't think was too hard. They also asked me a few hypothetical questions on what I would do in different situations. After that I had an interview at the local Verizon store where I sat down with one of the managers.

They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
