I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jan 2022
Interview
Great interview. I appreciated their honesty. The young man interviewing me was very knowledgeable and honest. He gave me all the information and expectations up front. Before proceeding to the next step of the interview he asked if I wanted to proceed. The way the interview was handled made me want to jump on board and be a part of their team. Due to life situations I did have to opt to put my application on hold so I could take time to see if I could actually commit to their buisness needs. He reassured me I could reapply and get into the next training session if I chose to reapply.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Really did not get a whole lot of questions. This step was just going over information and how training schedule works. Most of the Austin's I had were from the assessment during applying. Towards the end of the assesment they ask you questions about different senerios and you record your answers with a microphone/headset.
Recruiter reaches out and later with a manager you do roleplay scenarios. This was a week or two before speaking to an actual manager. They get to know you some more.
Easy and straight foward. This review was requested by glassdoor. I have no much to say about the interview process. Beside this i had great experience and learns a lot.
Make sure you’re well dressed and prepared they like that don’t forget seriously and go look up questions to be prepared. The more prepared you look the more you stand out from the rest of people
