Interview
Started with a phone interview with an internal talent recruiter. Next, required to complete an online aptitude test. If satisfactory, proceed to a full day assessment center. If shortlisted, proceed with a one/two-to-one interview with the hiring manager and a senior. Finally, if you are selected for the role, the last (customary) interview is with the HR business partner.

2 interviews section with manager and assistant manager . The manager interviews me for 30 min and I did a 45 min interview with the assistant manager and team lead .
