Be prepared for situational questions, such as "Describe a time when you [fill in the blank]." The topics can include going above and beyond, asking others for help, spearheading a project, picking yourself up after failing. Dress for success. You can wear jeans once you get the job, but until then, dress like you're going for a top management job. Bilingual a strong plus.

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
